West Bengal State Council of Technical Education (WBSCTE) has announced the Date Schedule & Venue of JHMAT-2012 Counselling for the Admission to 3-Years Diploma course in Hotel Management & Catering Technology (DHMCT) in West Bengal State Council of Technical Education (WBSCTE) affiliated Colleges / Institutions of West Bengal for 2012-2013 academic session. West Bengal State Council of Technical Education (WBSCTE) conducts Joint Hotel Management Aptitude Test (JHMAT) Examination every year for the students who are seeking admission in Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology courses in Government / Non-Government Colleges / Institutions of West Bengal.

• JHMAT 2012 Counselling Date & Time: - 27th July, 2012 (Friday) at 12noon.

• JHMAT-2012 Counselling Requirement & Procedure: - Shortlisted Candidates require paying JHMAT-2012 Counselling Fee of Rs.500/- in the form of Demand Draft in favor of ‘West Bengal State Council of Technical Education’ on United Bank of India (UBI) [from any branch]. After the JHMAT-2012 Counselling, those students who are selected for admission & seat has been allotted, should contact the concerned Institution for final admission by paying Admission Fee. Remember, the annual course study fee is Rs.50000/- [it means total course fee is Rs.1,50,000/- for 3-years]. Medical Fitness Certificate [format available at www.webscte.org website] has to be collected from Government Medical Officer / Medical Officer of a Government Undertaking / Registered Medical Practitioners and must be submitted in original at the time of JHMAT-2012 Counselling. Candidates are requested to bring the following documents in original for the verification process with him/her at the time of JHMAT-2012 Counselling -
- Admit Card of Madhyamik / equivalent examination as age proof.
- Mark sheet of Madhyamik / equivalent examination.
